Do you have an age restriction for entry?

We are 21-and-over every hour, every day, no exceptions. All guests must have a valid ID for entry.

What is the cover typically?

Sunday through Wednesday starting at $7.
Thursday nights starting at $8.
Friday and Saturday nights starting at $10.

Cover charge is always subject to change.

What time do you usually get busy? Will there be a line?

Wednesday-Thursday we usually do not get busy until around 10 PM or 11 PM, but it can be busy earlier than that. Usually, we do not have a line during the week. On weekends, we get busy early! To avoid the lines and get a seat, we recommend you reserve a table!

What time does the show start? Do I have to be there before or by showtime?

Show begins weekdays at 7:30PM, Sunday-Thursday, 7PM Friday-Saturday.

The show is nonstop so come in any time throughout the night! Reservations are not required but are recommended if you want guaranteed seating with VIP inclusions for the best experience Howlin’ the night away!

How soon should I book my Table/Jump the Line package?

We suggest at least 2 weeks prior. These tend to sell out fast.

Is there free Wi-Fi available?

Yes.

Can we purchase Table/Jump the Line packages the night of?

As long as there is availability. Reservation sales are closed off day of 2 hours prior to opening.

There are a bunch of us wanting to buy tables and sit together. Can you put us all in the same section?

Absolutely! Please make it clear when booking what party you are with on the phone or through email (and in advance) so we can coordinate the reservations to be placed together.

How many people can fit at a table?

Our tables comfortably fit 4 people.

If we won a Happy Hour, can we reserve a table?

Yes. You are more than welcome to book a table for the date of your Happy Hour. Happy Hours do not include a table reservation, this is done separately.

Does everyone need to arrive by the stated time if we have a Table Reservation?

For reservations, the arrival time is very strict and we do prefer the majority (3/4) of the party to be in the venue by the stated time. Other members of your group can show up shortly thereafter. Please call the venue directly to notify the Manager on duty if you are running late.

Is Howl at the Moon San Antonio wheelchair accessible?

Yes. We provide a wheelchair accessible entrance, restroom and seating.

What are accepted forms of payment?

We accept cash, debit cards and the following credit cards: American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard and VISA.

Is there a maximum or minimum number of Jump the Line packages you have to purchase?

Nope! There is no minimum or maximum for a Jump the Line (it cannot exceed our maximum occupancy).

What if we are running late for our Table Reservation?

With notice, we can grant a 15 minute grace period to hold the table for delayed arrival.

What if I need to cancel my purchase?

Refund requests must be made no later than Tuesday at 5 PM the week of your reservation. No refunds will be given after that time including after the reservation date. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Is there parking available?

Howl at the Moon San Antonio is a proud partner of SpotHero, a mobile app that helps you find affordable parking near our venue! Reserve your spot ahead of time and use their provided QR code to enter and exit the lot. Visit this link to ensure you have a space to park when you arrive.

What if I am stuck in line after 8PM, will I lose my table?

Our table reservations include skipping the line and immediate entry! If you reserve a table, you will never be stuck in line!

Are table reservations available Monday-Thursday?

Yes.

Is there gratuity added to Table Reservations and Jump the Line packages?

No, it is included in the cost of the package!

We have free admission passes, can they be applied to our payment?

Unfortunately, they cannot as they are good for general admission and cannot be used as valued money to cover a contract.

Can we pay for a Table/Jump the Line package with cash or a Gift Card/Groupon/Living Social Offer?

Yes to the gift card and cash.

Do you offer military discounts?

Military discounts $2 off every day except for Thursday when it is our military night and all active duty and veterans get in for free!

There is no smoking in our venue. If you wish to smoke, you can do so outside.

Is there a wheelchair accessible parking lot?

Yes. It is located in the South Bank parking lot.
